By accessing and using the A.L.E.V.I. platform (Advanced Logistics & Enterprise Vehicle Integration), you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement governs the use of the fleet management software, real-time telemetry, and commercial route optimization provided by Alevikulturmerkezi.
Alevikulturmerkezi offers a software as a service (SaaS) system for managing corporate heavy cargo transport fleets. The system includes telemetry functionalities, vehicle integration, operational data monitoring, and logistics planning tools. Access is restricted to authorized users of client companies.
The user agrees to use the platform in accordance with current legislation in Argentina, including the regulations of the National Transport Regulation Commission (CNRT) for hazardous cargo. It is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials and to report any unauthorized use. The user may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the software without express authorization.
Alevikulturmerkezi shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond its control, including failures in telecommunications networks, force majeure events, or actions by third parties. The platform is provided "as is," without implied warranties of continuous availability or absolute accuracy of telemetry data. The client acknowledges that operational decisions based on system information are their sole responsibility.
All intellectual property rights to the A.L.E.V.I. system, including its source code, interface, algorithms, and documentation, belong to Alevikulturmerkezi. The user acquires a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the service for the duration of the contract.
The platform implements end-to-end encryption and role-based access controls to protect fleet information. Vehicle location and performance data are processed in accordance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 25.326). Alevikulturmerkezi will not share client information with third parties without authorization, except as required by law.
This agreement shall remain in effect as long as the user maintains an active subscription. Either party may terminate the service by providing 30 days' written notice. In the event of a material breach, Alevikulturmerkezi may suspend access immediately. Upon termination of the agreement, the user must cease all use of the system and delete any copies of downloaded data.
Alevikulturmerkezi reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to users at least 15 days in advance through the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the modifications constitutes acceptance of them.
